RETURN & REFUND POLICY
90-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

You may request a refund within ninety (90) calendar days from the date you placed your online order (“Order Date”). The 90-day period ends at 11:59 PM local time on the 90th calendar day after the Order Date.

To request a refund, you must email returns@litterglitter.com within the 90-day period and include:

1. A photograph of the product, including the bag, even if empty.
2. A photograph of your cat. 

In certain cases, we may require return of the product, including any unused portion, by physical mail prior to issuing a refund. If requested to return the physical product by mail, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Any refund will equal the original purchase price of the product only, excluding the cost to ship the original product to you.

The 90-Day Refunds are limited to one (1) per household address and/or per payment method, and first-time purchases.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
